Deer Recovery
Step 1.
It would be helpful if you could text us your name and a pin to the recovery location or address to meet at so that we can be ready to discuss our estimated time to get to your location. Please don't worry if I don't answer your text immediately. Rest assured, when we are looking for your deer, nobody else comes first!
Step 2.
Complete our Deer Recovery Form linked HERE. It fills me in on all the information we need to get started on tracking down your deer.
Our Waiver and Release of Liability is included in the Deer Recovery Form you'll be filling out, but you can also download and print the PDF version of it HERE. We will need to have you agree to those terms while you fill out the form so that we can legally begin your search. This is a requirement for us both to stay on the right side of local game regulations.
Please note that we also have a responsibility as a Certified Commercial Pilot. We are sworn to follow FAA 14 CFR Part 107. This keeps us compliant with flying in our airspace per the FAA.
Your safety is very important to us! The waiver will mention that there should be no weapons in the close vicinity. We are not hunting. This would automatically disqualify us as performing a Recovery. It would also further put us both in a position to violate State Game Laws. We cannot put you or our business in that situation.
Step 3.
By now, we should have a text with your name and location. WE WILL CALL YOU BACK. We are coming. We are bringing the latest Thermal Drone tech to get this done!
Let’s go get your Deer!
Ready to take your hunt to new heights?
Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance! The better you can prep us with the details, the better our chances of a quick recovery.

-
How long from the shot can you still see thermal signature?
-
It depends on many factors, but typically up to 2 days.
-
-
How will we know if it is my deer?
-
This is why the prep details matters. I don’t know what your deer looks like. The better you can show and describe, the better I can ID him with our telephoto cameras.
-
-
Can you see through the trees with all the leaves on?
-
Heavy cover before the leaves drop can block our view. But angles matter here. We only need a little window to see thermal signatures from above. Leaves can slow the process down.
-
-
Can you fly at night?
-
We can fly day or night!
-
-
What drone do you fly?
-
We are currently Flying the DJI Matrice 4T Thermal drone.
-
-
How do I pay for your services?
